Once you place an order, it will be confirmed within one business day via email. Our typical standard shipping time is 3-7 days.
What are your shipping rates within the Continental USA?
Rates for shipping within the 48 contiguous United States, via UPS Ground, are as follows;
Orders $0.01 to $49.99 = $8 flat shipping fee
Orders $50.00 – $74.99 = $12 flat shipping fee
Orders $75.00 – $99.99 = $15 flat shipping fee
Orders $100.00 and above are FREE

How soon will I receive my order? Is there an express option?
When checking out, you can choose from three shipping options, UPS Ground (3-7 days), UPS Air 2nd Day (2 days), or UPS Air Next Day (1 day). Each option has a different rate. Our most economical rate is UPS Ground (3-7 days).
What are your shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, and US Outlying Islands?
Rates for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are flat rates, based on weight, using UPS standard service. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number which you can use to track your order at www.ups.com
What are your shipping rates for Virgin Islands and APO/FPO military addresses?
Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO military addresses are calculated and facilitated by our trusted third-party partner International Checkout to give you the best rate possible. When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is shipped.
Do you accept checks or money orders?
We are unable to accept checks or money orders at this time. We accept Paypal, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER.
Will I pay sales tax?
Orders shipping to addresses in California are subject to California state sales tax.
Can I make changes to my order?
Orders are processed when received. We are not able to make changes once an order has been placed.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our product we regret that items may only be returned if they are received damaged. If you receive damaged items, we will replace it with an identical product. If an identical product is not in stock, we may ask to replace it with a similar product of the same value. A photo of the damaged item may be required along with the original shipping box and packing materials. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 10 days of the purchase. Unfortunately, orders older than 10 days cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Returns or exchanges must be prebooked with an exchange authorization number before returning any items. Please email us at cs@NaturalLightCandleCo.com with your Order# before returning any items. If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged, we will also refund you the initial shipping costs and the charges incurred to return the item to us.
We do not accept returns on sale items. All sales on sale items are final.
